Using the campaign builder

• Switch campaigns — use the dropdown (grouped by category) or the ‹ › arrows / left-right keys to load any Campaign ID.
• Phase tracking — each avatar card has Complete · In Progress · Not Started buttons. Click one to colour that card (green / orange / red) for this campaign only. Works without entering edit mode.
• Performance reactions — the 😀 / 🤔 / 😢 emotes mark each avatar as a success, still monitoring, or underperforming, per campaign.
• Products — each card has a Promoting selector. Tick your products that avatar is promoting for the campaign; selected products show as links to their product pages. Selections are per avatar, per campaign.
• Favorites & Overview — the ★ on a card saves that avatar to the ★ Favorites page (reorder there with ↑ ↓). The ▦ Overview page lists every campaign; assign categories, reorder with ↑ ↓, add your own categories, or switch to "By start month". Use ⧉ copy in edit mode to duplicate an avatar as an independent variant, and the Ethnicity selector to tag casting.
• Comments — open a card and scroll to Comments · this campaign to add notes for that avatar on that campaign only. A 🔔 bell with a count appears on the card and on the campaign dropdown so the team can see where notes are waiting. Tick a comment's checkbox to mark it addressed; once all are addressed the bell dims.
• Strike off — the small strike button on each card crosses that avatar out for the current campaign only (greyed and lined through) without deleting it anywhere else. Click restore to bring it back.
• Save as PDF — opens your browser's print dialog set to the current campaign; choose "Save as PDF" to keep or print it.
• Avatars — each campaign shows the avatars relevant to it (set from your sheet). Profiles (Who they are, etc.) are shared, so editing once updates everywhere. The × on a card removes that avatar from the current campaign; re-add any avatar with the chips below the grid, or + Brand-new avatar to create one.
• Edit mode — click any text to type. The italic avatar line and Brief/Script are specific to the current campaign.
• Share — Save editable file bundles everything into one .html anyone can open and edit; Export/Import data moves content as .json. Edits autosave locally; Reset restores the original.
